The discussion about AI vs Human work elements made me think of the industrial revolution and how people historically feared that automation & industrialisation would led to mass elimination of jobs.
There must have been painful transitions and adjustment period when this took place, although longer-term I believe this ended up creating more jobs than it took out and it benefitted not just factory owners, but also the workers in it and society as a whole.
Whether to leverage AI as a secret weapon or double-down on unique human strengths is a really interesting take.
